How ?
First you make a page like this.
Then copy banner/logos and text from this page.
Rememder to save it to your own HD.
Then you put out the banners and text on your own page.
Put your own banner on the top and remove the banner at the bottom.
This is working and it`s free ;)

(your banner is number 3 )

20 persons do as you on this sites - then your banner/logo is on 400*20 sites = 8.000 sites
(your banner is number 4)

20 persons do as you on this sites - then your banner/logo is on 8,000*20 sites = 160.000 sites
(your banner is number 5)

20 persons do as you on this sites - then your banner/logo is on 160,00*20 sites = 3.200.00 sites
(your banner is number 6)
